Macvas is a smart reply keyboard operated by MODUNEX LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

1. Keyboard access and submitted text

Macvas is designed to help with chat and email drafting. Suggestions are generated only from text you intentionally submit in the app or keyboard interface.

Third-party keyboards on iOS and Android may display standard system warnings about keyboard access. Macvas requests network access so the keyboard can reach the AI service and sync your keyboard session with your account.

Macvas does not send messages automatically. You decide what text to submit, you review the suggestion, and you decide whether to send it.

Macvas is not intended to process password fields or payment card forms. We do not request contacts, photos, microphone, or location access for keyboard suggestions.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following information when you use Macvas:

• Account information, such as your email address and account settings.
• Content you choose to submit, such as message text, chat context, or email drafts for writing assistance.
• Usage information, such as feature usage, reply counts, device type, and diagnostic logs.
• Payment and subscription information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Support information you send to us, including your email address and message content.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide reply suggestions, personality modes, chat context support, and email assistance.
• Operate accounts, subscriptions, billing, and customer support.
• Improve reliability, safety, and product performance.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized use.

4. User control

Macvas does not automatically send messages on your behalf. You decide what text, context, or email draft to submit for assistance, and you decide whether to use any generated suggestion.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, model processing, analytics, payments, and support. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

6. Cookies and local storage

Macvas uses essential cookies and local storage to keep users signed in, protect account sessions, support checkout and billing flows, remember cookie preferences, and maintain website security. These are necessary for the website to work.

We may use optional analytics cookies or similar technologies only where enabled by the user or where legally permitted. You can change your cookie preferences from the website footer.

7. Data retention
